BiwaScheme v0.7.1 is released.

This is almost the same as v0.7.0, but its internal had a big refactoring:

https://github.com/biwascheme/biwascheme/pull/175

So in other words this "should be" the same as v0.7.0. Let me know

if something is broken.

I forgot to mention one more possible breaking change:

jQuery included in biwascheme.js is upgraded from 1.7.1 to 3.5.1.

Underscore.js is also upgraded from 1.2.2 to 1.10.2.
