RAW 2.4.1 error when trying to open .hdf5

Hi,

We're seeing the below error when trying to open a previously ok .hdf5 file as well as a backup of the same file in a different location. Same issue when using a different Windows computer.

Action File>load workspace

Windows 11 25H2

Hi Mike,

I just replied to another email with the same error message (down to the same RBG color code), so I assume this is about the same data file. In that case, please see my response to Shanel as to how to manually rectify this issue.
