re: rotate on root of tree

I feel like this should be a simple answer, but I have spent the better part of the day trying to solve this.

I would like the tree to ladderize from the outgroup at the top of the plot. Whatever I change puts the outgroup at the bottom of the plot -- I've tried rotate, flip, and order. If I rotate, what node would I use -- that would be node 0?

Any quick solution here?
