code 1130. Try sharing the screen again

When I try to share the screen, I get a popup with the above message.  Also, this is what I see when I check bbb-conf --debug:

1130 is an error code for a client-side failure in the capturing phase.

So the browser console logs would actually be more helpful, alongside:

  - OS

  - Browser + its version

  - Exact BBB version

Bah! I really should update the code to log the error string in the message as well.

I'm going to ask you two things because I need more info.

1 - Please try sharing your screen in this canonical sample: https://webrtc.github.io/samples/src/content/getusermedia/getdisplaymedia/. See if it works

2 - Open a BBB session, then open the browser's console. Run the following command and then get the console output:

navigator.mediaDevices.getDisplayMedia().then(stream => { console.log("Stream:", stream.id); }).catch(error => { console.error(error); })
```

If you have access to your server, could you experiment with this:

In ./usr/share/meteor/bundle/programs/server/assets/app/config/settings.yml, change public.kurento.screenshare.constraints to be:

Feel free to fiddle with that constraint config a bit if it doesn't work just like that.

Remove the extra frameRate/width stuff. It should be just:
