Placement of Whiteboard tools

Hi Fred

Previously, the whiteboard tool box sit outside the presentation screen. Now they are on the edges of the presentation screen. Any intention of moving them outside the screen, i.e. in the black background?

The latest version 2.6.5 as an option in settings  "to autohide toolbars" with no activity.

This can be enabled as the default for all users by a setting in the html5 client default setting.yml

Hi Stephen,

You mentioned that users can disable the whiteboard tool in V2.6.5. Can I ask you for a favour? Can you take a screenshot of the page where you have the button to disable the whiteboard tool. I can't see it in my version 2.6.5.

Not disable but autohide the toolbars when not used.

You can enable this server side as default in settings.yml
