Can't edit locale in bbb 2.3

Hi everyone,

In 2.2 version I could edit /usr/share/meteor/bundle/programs/server/assets/app/locales/en.json and it would reflect that change in app, however in new 2.3 version if you edit locale inside (slightly changed location) /usr/share/meteor/bundle/programs/web.browser/app/locales/en.json it will not reflect that change.

Is there any reason why I couldn't modify en.json with something custom?

I edited the file in both the locations and still the changes are not getting reflected. I don't know what a missing here (restarted BBB).

Clear the browser cache,  or try it in private mode.

Has something changed here, as i have been following this conversation but now the info is gone. I am interested in allowing the moderator to choose a different default language per meeting. Could anyone tell me if this is still possible. as the documentation on BBB is incomplete or the files locations that are referenced dont exist.
