Recordings with several cameras doesn't show individual pictures

Hello to all,

we want to use BBB to record languages classes. One class takes 90 mins roughly. The setup consist of the following:

- 1 Camera that faces the teacher

- 1 Camera that faces the students that are in the room 

- 1 Document Camera to show Pictures or written notes

- Screensharing

- Audio recording

All cameras are ran by the same computer. No we have the problem that the individual cameras are not shown on the left side (see picture). Before we decided to go with BBB, we tested the setup and it always worked. We tested maybe 30 to 45 mins. Has anyone an idea what the reason for this could be? It would be so helpful to have a rough idea in what direction to look.

Could you test it with https://test26.bigbluebutton.org/ and let us know if the webcams are presented as you expect.

Hello Fred,

thanks a lot for the link. We made a little test yesterday in the evening and in your test environment everything worked as expected, all three cameras were clearly seen. We will make another test tomorrow and then one with the students next week.  If these work all fine, then I guess the problem lays at the BBB setup, right? Any idea what the problem could be? We are not hosing our own bbb but we have a paid bbb-service. However, the support said that the problem is the internet connection or the hardware, but as it worked yesterday with the test environment and it didn't work half an hour earlier in the environment we are using, that I think both reasons can be excluded...
