Url for this recording format is unreachable

Hi All

Recently, I have changed the url of our BBB instance from domain1.com to domain2.com

All went as planned except for 5 recordings that gives the error "Url for this recording format is unreachable," in Moodle 3.11.

The recordings are in the same room, but are different sessions at different times and days.  Now, I assume that these recordings still points to the old url.

How can I confirm this and update the recording's url to the new url.

Moodle - 3.11
BigBlueButton Moodle Plugin - 2.4.4

I come across the lines below in the debug log after digging around some more.

We faced the same issue and  it was fixed by running bbb-conf --setip <domain2.com>

Hi

Thanks for the reply.

Funny thing is, I have the run command twice and I am still having the problem.

When I navigate to the meeting url, I am able to play the meeting.  So it seems like although the link has been corrected, somewhere it is not being updated and thus it says it is unreachable.

You can check if the url is corrected or not in recordings at /var/bigbluebutton/published/presentation/<meeting-id>/metadata.xml

Thank you very much for info.

The link was not updated in the  metadata.xml.  I edit the file with the correct url and all is fine.
