I have installed the BigBlueButton and after the installation i have face the issue with the WebRTC 1002. Please go through the below link and help me out from this issue.

1002: Could not make a WebSocket connection - The initial WebSocket connection was unsuccessful. Possible Causes:

Firewall blocking ws protocol

Firewall is off and server is up and running. Any other suggestions? Please let me know

Server supports only ipv4. Ipv6 is not supporting. Due to this the error is?

Hey, your screenshot suggest that you are using the flash client. I would advice you to use the HTML5 client. Also can you share the results of the following command:

 bbb-conf --check

Raghu,

you have many things listed as potential problems in your server. One of them i will classify as major - you are running BBB version 1.1 which is is very old one. You need to check the documentation and install the latest version which is 2.2.3. It has many improvements and gets rid of the Flash client - it runs entirely  on HTML5 which improves audio and video quality. It also removes the security issues that come with the flash client. 

My advice is to consider the upgrade and not dig into old version issues. I doubt the dev team would advice differently.

If you have recordings in the old format you might need to upgrade them too. So please visit the docs, check the requirements, and upgrade your server.
