How to unban user on BigBlueButton - Moodle Integrated?

Dear all,
I have a BBB 2.3 version installed and integrated with Moodle. When students are being super noisy or not cooperating with our teachers they are "removed" from the classroom. Once that's done, the student will not be able to join to that classroom ever again as the 404 error is displayed just to that particular student. He is only able to access the class if we create this student a new username. (sometimes a teacher miss clicks and ends up kicking students out of the classroom and they are no longer able to join so it creates a bit of inconvenience )
Is there any way I could check or remove bans manually on MongoDB/SSH?

Hi Vitor,
By default there is an extra step to prevent the user from rejoining the same session -- the instructor must check an additional box.

Nonetheless, there might be a way to revert it. We'll take a look.
