Lock users if a moderator drops out

Hi,

Does BBB have the ability to lock all viewers if the moderator drops out of the meeting for any reason?

Or would this be something we would need to implement ourselves?

Hi Phill,  not sure about lock moderators, but you can end the meeting if moderator does not return in x minutes.

 

# Param to end the meeting when there are no moderators after a certain period of time.

# Needed for classes where teacher gets disconnected and can't get back in. Prevents

# students from running amok.

endWhenNoModerator=false

 

# Number of minutes to wait for moderator rejoin before end meeting (if `endWhenNoModerator` enabled)

endWhenNoModeratorDelayInMinutes=1

That may be a good interim solution. I think we will need to look into creating that feature.
