I use bbb-api and since 2.2 I have some mistakes with my PHP code.

Example :

I use getMeetingInfo and I have this result

or with geeMeetings

I don't where I can find more information for debug.

checksum is ok tried to inject an error inside and I have an checksum error

the recordId exist

Thanks for your reply, the metingId is the same as the create API call. and the code works on some meetings.

What do you mean by only meetingID without checksum ?

I tried to havre some informations with the site : https://mconf.github.io/api-mate/ and it's the same result.

I think it's not a code problem in this case but a bbb server problem ... I'm going to check the logs

Very strange because with the commande : bbb-record --list | grep 5dfc924016f70

I find my meeting in the list.

and I have this answer :

OK I have got a part of the anqswer ... getMetings on API v2.0 show only the running meetings not the ended.

But my problem stay the same, I can't have any informations about the meeting and the recorded information.

That's correct.

Try using APIMate to create a 'getRecordings' call without any filters and you should get back a list of *all* recordings on the server.  You can use the information to see what recordings are available.  If you see a recording, you can then use it's meetingID to craft a 'getRecordings' call with that meetingID and you should see that recording.

If you do a 'getRecordings' call without any filters and still don't see you recording, then use `bbb-record --list` to look for the recording and get the internal recordingID.  Use that to do a locate

  locate <recordingID>

to find all the log files for that recording. See

on where to look for errors in the log files.

restarted the server

and now it's amazing, api getRecordings is back and works again.

with bbb-record --watch I can see my meeting : 5dfc924016f70

But there is no X under R and A

Hi,

It looks like the recording has been successfully archived.  If you do

  sudo bbb-record --watch

do you see other recordings being processed?  It might just be that this recording hasn't been processed yet by the record and playback scripts into a playback file.

Effectively now the process is ended I can see the informations about it.

It was finished th 24th at 1h57. 4 days after the end of the meeting :'(

It think I need to increase the number of process to publish the meetings faster

That makes sense as there were no errors on the archive.  We're working on moving to a proper queue based system for the next version of BigBlueButton where you can configure it to have N workers.
