creating breakout rooms in a different tab

Hi there,

The learning dashboard is opening in a new tab. Can I have this also for the "creating breakout rooms" function?

Currently this new window covers the BBB session and I'm not able to mute/unmute my microphone when sorting members.

We don't plan to move "create Breakout room" or any other function (except the Learning Dashboard) to its own window.  

While it makes sense to have the Learning Dashboard always open, all other functionality works better within BigBlueButton (think of the mobile experience as well).

Hi there,

agree but I want to highlight 

a compromise would be not to cover all other elements, 

e.g. Connection status, or guest policy don't cover all.
I can still  read a chat or a slide.

I have in large meetings the problem that I have to remember how things should become organized. This has been visualized on a sheet, whiteboard which is hidden by the page for breakout rooms. And if I missed to switch on the microphone before I can't enable it without canceling the not finished configuration.

For accessing the microphone such a widget won't be a solution now, but I would not feel so separated from the participants.

After a meeting is over, we need to create an address to access the learning dashboard.

There is an address in the group:

https://bbb.mysite.org/learning-dashboard/?meeting=<id of meeting>&report=<Access token>

I don't quite understand what the report parameter is here.

another way is after the meeting is over

https://mysite.com/learning-dashboard/internalmeetingid/qhxyfehtacfs/learning_dashboard_data.json

Can we create the "qhxyfehtacfs" parameter here from the remote site?

briefly how can we access this json file from a remote site?

I ask for your help in this matter
