Hi,

I have been running a bbb server along with a greenlight front-end on a VM for a few months now. I also use an external coturn server.

Everything has been running well when one of my users complained of an error 1020 when trying to share their webcam. I logged in and verified that I too was having the same experience.

Audio works fine. I can see my IP session established on the coturn server when I type "netstat -nap", so I assume that's working fine.

But all of a sudden we started getting the 1020 error yesterday when trying to share the screen or webcam. This was happening even when there was no load on the server -- only 1 meeting with 1 user (me).

The output of bbb-conf --check is given below... I've obfuscated IP addresses and hostnames.

$ sudo bbb-conf --check

Hi,

I followed the instructions on this link, but the problem still remains.

As I mentioned in my previous post, I already have an external coturn server that is being used by this bbb instance as well as others.

Other bbb servers are working fine, but this one reports the 1020 error.

Can you let me know which log files I should examine or tests I should run to help diagnose the issue?

Thank you
