moderator is removed from the meeting

Hello everyone,

I noticed that sometime during the meeting I got removed from the meeting by someone else, while I was the only moderator on the meeting!

I got the typical message of "You have been removed from the conference".

the meeting was not more than 15 students with not camera opened.

I was running bbb-2.2.5 bbb-2.2.17 and bbb-2.2.22.

but now I have updated all servers to bbb-2.2.25, and scalelite as well to the v1.0.6.

How to know if something bad is happening on my servers, like hacking?

Just to be clear, did you not experience this in 2.2.5, 2.2.17, or 2.2.22?    Can you recall the operation you were doing just before you got removed (such as advancing the slides)?

Hi Fred,

Thank you very much for your time.

I experienced this with 2.2.5, 2.2.17,2.2.22,  sometime I can see that the shared whiteboard is enabled as well as  the name of some student are appeared twice, this what I can remember.

Today I upgrade all servers to 2.2.25, and change all secret  keys,  and I will keep monitoring the behavior.

When users start appearing twice on the user list, it is usually because their login sequence didn't finish.  To them, the client didn't load, but to others, they appeared in the Users list.

The login sequence may not finish if the server is heavily loaded.

How many users would have been in the session?

The max number of users per session is 35, and the max number of users per server not more than 122.
