API Compatibility Between BBB v2.6.18 and BBB v3.0

Hi everyone,

We are currently running BigBlueButton v2.6.18 with a custom integration that uses the standard BBB API (e.g., create, join, getMeetingInfo, end, etc.). We’re planning to upgrade directly to BBB v3.0 and would like to confirm whether our existing API calls will continue to work without adjustments except BIGBLUEBUTTON_ENDPOINT and BIGBLUEBUTTON_SECRET which we need to modify.

Has anyone here upgraded from 2.6.x to 3.0 while keeping their existing API integration intact?
Were there any breaking changes or unexpected issues we should watch out for?

Glad to hear of your upgrading.  The calls should work.

Recommend setting up a BigBlueButton 3.0 server and verify they do.  Let us know the results.
