bbb video and audio sync problem

Hello guys,

Im using bbb v2.6.

We did not have a voice sync problem before. We have a voice sync problem on our new server.What should we do about this?

In live trainings, there is a problem of sound equalization in 1-2 hour meetings.

Hi Yiğit,

We're seeing this issue as well.  We've not nailed down why the audio/video is out of sync.  Is it happening on some meetings or all meetings?

We are used 10-13 cameras 

Resolution is low

Total meeting time 1 hour 30 minutes

We didn't use a presentation.

The server was virtualized with vmare.

We will test on the bare server tomorrow. Hopefully the problem is only caused by the virtualized server.

also the camera goes dark during long meetings.Do you have any information about this subject?

Did you find a solution to the synchronization problem?

We get the same error on a bare server.This problem does not exist in short sessions.

This problem occurs in sessions of 1 hour or more.

Hi Fred, same problem with audio sync here on a bare metal.

just a short test session with screen sharing and one camera.

no attendance.
