Adding TIDIO Code snippet into the BBB HTML

Hi everyone,

Can someone help me add the TIDOO snippet into the BBB HTML so that a support message box of TIDIO can be added beside the mic option or somewhere else.

Hi,

You're looking to integrate Tidio, a live chat service.

We, the core developers, don't have any experience with this, but perhaps someone else in the community has come across it.

I wanted to bring to your attention the potential benefits of integrating the Tidio API within our BigBlueButton (BBB) platform. Tidio offers a fully customizable API that facilitates seamless communication between students, teachers, and our support team directly within BBB. Could even use some similar open-source software if there is any that can be integrated with BBB.
