Display problems with bbb 3.0.11 on an ipad

We are running a test server with bigbluebutton 3.0.11. Unwanted effects occur when using an ipad: When we upload a pdf file, zooming with two fingers or changing pages has undesirable effects. The behavior is similar on the demo server.
This behavior does not occur on our server with bbb 2.7.16.  See video: bbb.mp4
What can we do?

Since many of our colleagues work with iPads and styluses, this bug is preventing our IT department from performing the upgrade.
It would be great if you could add the type:bug to this issue.

IMHO the complete iPad zoom events are broken in 3.0.x

If you change the zoom level with two fingers it's not recognized by bbb and attendees are on another part in the view.

 

I also created a video. It's quite easy to replicate with the development docker container. You can use any PDF.

This problem is quite significant for us. We are still running BBB 2.7.16 and can not upgrade to 3.0.x
