Smart Slides Problem Poll PowerPoint

Hello,

I have just tried out Fred's pptx slide and cannot find the "Start poll" button at the bottom left. Do I have to set anything else in the BBB configuration?

Hello,

To make it work, make sure you click the list icon on PowerPoint to create the list. It should work.

Hello,

It is interesting that our customer has not changed the slide and has updated from 2.5 to 2.7.4. Now the button is missing. The slide from Fred https://support.blindsidenetworks.com/hc/en-us/articles/18122987545229-Using-Smart-Slides-for-one-click-polling should actually work, so I assume it is either a bug in BBB or there is a compatibility issue with the PowerPoint version.

Thanks for reporting.  Could you open an issue and upload the .pptx that would enable us to reproduce the issue -- we'll take a closer look.
