Annotations, mouse cursors etc. aren't recorder at all

We have noticed that mouse cursor, annotations, drawings, polls etc. are not saved when you record a presentation, any help? BigBlueButton Server 2.2.0-beta-21 (1470)

Can you confirm which playback format you are referring to.

When using the bbb-playback-presentation playback format, you *should* see all the whiteboard marks, presentation, etc.  (This is not the case for the bbb-playback-screenshare format as it only records the screen share, webcams, and audio).

How can I check what playback format I'm using? I have installed BBB with bbb-install.sh script.

You would be using the presentation playback format.  Can you update to the latest build of BigBlueButton 2.2-beta-23,

Try a new recording, and let us now if the whiteboard marks appear.
