Transfer problem to another server

I moved the videos from biggerbluebutton to my own server.

but the videos don't work in moodle.

Could it be related to bigbluebuttonhooks?

If you create a new meeting in moodle, does it start on your new server, and do new recordings appear in your moodle.

 

That’s the first step..

 

Then you can look at getRecording calls on the new bbb server to see if moodle is trying to fetch the old recordings and info it is passing to get them returned

Hi,
the problem has nothing to do with the metadata.xml file, I think.
It is a good idea to give more info to the community. That way we can understand your setup and help you.

- your "own server"? You mean your moodle setup, your own BBB server? Where exactly?
- moodle knows about your recordings through 3 tables in the DB, depending on the moodle version. Did you update moodle before or after you moved the recordings?

And, to avoid confusion, its called BigBlueButton. "Bigger" could be the name of another product.
