There is a data savings option for both cameras and screensharing.The options are in the Settings menu (three dots, top-right corner) -> Data savings.Be aware that these data savings options disable all webcam/screenshare streams for those whodisable it.
If you wanna a more fine grained control (ie make so that the viewers only seemoderators' webcams), you can look at the Lock viewers "See other viewers webcams" or"Share webcams" options.
