Dear observers,

First of all, I hope you have had an amazing start of the new Gregorian year. I am writing this email to introduce myself and my science to everyone as I recently joined Lukasz's team in Warsaw to work with BHTOM.

I’m a supernova researcher, especially interested in what light curves can tell us about these events, which is why BHTOM is such a great fit for my work. You can see some of my previous studies by clicking here.

As part of my work with BHTOM, I’ll be regularly promoting supernovae that I think are especially interesting and would benefit from follow-up observations.

I would really appreciate your help in observing the promoted targets. Please feel free to get in touch if you would like to know more about any of the events I promote, or if you’re curious about the science we can do together with these data. I’m always happy to chat.

Looking forward to working together and (hopefully) building some beautiful light curves this year.

Best wishes
Priscila

Dear Priscilla,

I have remotely observed a lot of SNs the past ten years or so. Most of them are not in BHTOM but can be found in the AAVSO database. My AAVSO initial is HMB.

If you are looking for a specific SN in the Southern Hemisphere, best to search also the AAVSO database.

I look forward working with you in the future and would appreciate if you could post targets via this list.

Best regards and welcome to the BHTOM team,

 F.-J. (Josch) Hambsch
