Timely reminder here of the second Berkeley Linux User Group meetup of the month.
Both the virtual and in-person physical meetups start at 11:00am PDT this Sunday, August 25th and go to 2:00pm or however late people want to participate.

NB: As Cal students have returned for the start of the Fall semester, would conjecture that SoDoI will be more crowded than it's been for the earlier part of the Summer.

And students (most notably UC Berkeley) are definitely back.
Expect that parking may also be significantly impacted 2024-08-25
as it's move-in day for continuing (returning) students.

I'd very much noticed that even well before 2022-08-20
(first move-in date for new incoming students) that many students
were returning / had returned. Probably lots of students living in
non-UC housing that moved in / returned fair to moderate bit earlier.

And yes, certainly will be more folks at Sodoi Coffee Tasting House.
And ... likely also means they'll expand their hours again.

Forgot to check and not more recently last time I was by there,
but on 2024-07-20 they still had 3 set of layered supereding hours
shown, their (then) most current "SODOI Summer Hours":
10am - 4pm (all days)
plus additional window signage, a less current sign in window indicating
(and which they're likely at least up to now):
9am - 6pm M-F
10am - 6pm Sa, Su
and yet older atop that (but transparent/translucent) on the glass itself:
7am - 11pm M-Th
8am - 10pm F
8am - 11pm Sa, Su

Weekdays: 7am – 6pm
Weekends: 8am – 6pm
And, I just gave 'em a call and asked, and they said:
currently: 10-4
starting next week (I presume meaning Monday): 9-6
... and guessing from the audio, I'd say they're pretty busy once again.
