I noticed on 2024-12-27, by Sodoi Coffee Tasting House,
there's fair bit of construction blocking sidewalk and fair bit of
adjacent street,
between ramp (which itself is still clear and accessible) on Channing
Way and NW corner of Channing Way & Telegraph Ave.,
and also fair bit of Channing Way itself there (at least on the N side
of that street) - notably including the (yellow curb) loading zone
parking right next to the ramp.
So accessible access, remains from Channing Way side, but now start at
or S of the ramp until that construction on sidewalk is cleared.
From the looks of it, looks like semi-major construction (pretty torn
up there), so might be week(s) or more before it's clear again.
So, may or may not be cleared by the time of next regularly scheduled
meeting (2025-01-12).

So in short, recommended access remains as before, except approach
that ramp from W of that ramp on Channing,
and the loading zone (yellow curb) parking next to that ramp is also
blocked by construction, but the ramp itself
remains open and accessible.

I was by there yesterday, and where the sidewalk and fair bit of the
street was blocked before,
preventing pedestrian (and accessible) access between

Channing side E of ramp & NW corner Channing & Telegraph

that's no longer an issue for access/passage. Only part of the sidewalk
remains blocked, and not in a manner which prevents passage (there's
clear access on sidewalk next to the buildings, only part of the
sidewalk further out towards
street is blocked).

Might also be a good time for Sodoi.
Notably UC Berkeley Academic calendar,
Semester doesn't start until 2025-01-14,
so probably not as busy/crowded (looked fairly quiet and
not crowded at all when I went by there yesterday).
I did also (yesterday) notice sign on Sodoi's current
hours: 10am-4pm (2025-01-07--2025-01-17)

I did happen to pass by Sodi this past Sunday evening.
At least per door/window signage, looks like they're back to their
"regular" (I presume academic term) hours:
Su 9a-5p
M-Sa 8a-5p

And, that last trace of sidewalk blockage, which didn't even
block access (was only on a narrow part of sidewalk not at all blocking
access/passage), is now also entirely gone and clear.
