Updating IGDB in WINDOW

When I go into the Glass library in WINDOW and click on 'Update IGDB' I get an alert telling me: "Can't find the database or the file is unreadable."  

I've not run into this before; any suggestions?

Go to File / Preferences and click on the Optical Data tab, and make sure that the "IGDB or IGDB Update" option is checked. 

You can also use the "IGSDB" option to update the glass library
