installation issues missing dlls

I have resolved my installation issues. I think the help page/documentation could be better worded to make it really clear you need to install both the visual studio and fortran packages to avoid more of the same.

I would be interested to know how I can improve the Redistributable web page

Right now, at the very top, it says to install the 2 libraries linked below

https://windows.lbl.gov/redistributable-packages
