Cherry Finish for 2000-2008 Beneteaus

I own a 2003 Beneteau 473 - need to refinish some of the interior woodwork (the dfrake cherry-like version) - anyone know the stain color and company that makes it.  I will use the Mohawk spray for the varnish-like finish.
