It was mentioned on this list a week or so back that spareparts.beneteauusa.com is back online. I figured it was worth letting people know that I successfully ordered _and_received_ a part from them :-)

Does anyone know how to get an account?  I'm a new Beneteau owner and have not received any response when requesting an account.

Good Afternoon Kris, 

The Beneteau system was hacked in the middle of February so at this point the system is down. The best way of getting parts is through a dealer. I have been using RYR Yachts in Buffalo, NY but I am sure other dealers can help you as well.

I already had an account before the site went down. I had to change my password, but otherwise they still had my data.

I assume you requested an account on the web site? If that didn’t work, I don’t know., other than to check any spam folders.

He used to answer his emails promptly,  but recently that hasn't been the case.

Thanks all!  I'll keep working on it.  I sent an email to Ward previously.  Hopefully he gets back to me.  I've been waiting patiently for the site to come back up after the hack.  Now that it's up I was hoping to get access :)
