Can you measure from the waterline to the top of the pulpit, then add that number to your draft?  That should give you the number you need.

I don’t have an Oceanis 351, but I would hope the information you need to confirm can be found in one of the links below.

And don’t forget to unstep the mast and take into account the additional length and weight.

Hi

Actually these manuals does not help.
Can't find with Google any measurements about the hull.
Maybe someone can measure on land.

Cheers

Rauno,

The measurement you are looking for online or in print does not exist.  It serves no purpose in the world of sailing and would not be recorded.

You assume the bow pulpit is the highest point on the hull after the mast is dropped.  You also assume the boat will be loaded on a trailer with the waterline perfectly level. Both of these assumptions will not give you the number you are looking for.  You have no choice but to load the boat on the trailer and then measure your total height.

Good luck . . .

Have you reached out to Beneteau? I've found their customer service to be helpful. You will need to provide them with the HIN.

Just transported my 343 but did not measure the height on the trailer, but it was just under the limit. I would expect the 351 pulpit height might be a bit taller, but not much, but it has a shallower draft at ~5' vs my 6'1". Don't forget to consider the beam as you might be a 'wide load'.
I also race on a J105 which gets trailered around the country some. It does require oversize permits and defined routes, but have not incurred overhead wire issues. That's the reason for defined routes.
