Not sure whether this is a problem, but you might want to consider using the bModelTest package and do model averaging instead of model selection.

Thank you for your guidance, is it possible that this problem is occurring because I have too little RAM? I see that I need to download beast2 to download this as well, my memory is too small 。。。。T
