Hi @all

is it possible to get both speed up advantages in one analysis: beast.coupledMCMC in combination with particlefilter to skip the burnin-phase or is coupledMCMC redundant to particlefilter ?

Hi all i run discrete phylogeographic analysis but i have low BF for location transition ; i need help to troubleshoot it.
