Hi All
I am having trouble setting up GLM models in Beauti (I tried v1.10.2 to v1.10.5). It used to work fine on former versions of Beauti but now I am getting an error 'index 1 out of bounds for length 1' (see attached screenshot) when trying to save the xml after loading the covariates. Using the same data on my old laptop works fine but not anymore in my Mac (or recent PC).
Anyone having the same issue? Any thoughts? is it a java or system problem?

thank you
a

Hi Antoine,
I would be happy to take a closer look at it if you can send me the input files you use privately.
Best,
Philippe

But what are these options for? When I select them and load up the XML I see that 2 matrixes were generated (one origin and one destination). When I tried different combinations (w/o the "Log" and "Std" box checked) it also doesn't matter if I select either one, both or none, the parameter will be transformed into 2 matrixes for origin and destination.
And using an option with unknown effect can have a major impact on the results or interpretation, especially for GLMs that should show an effect between the predictor and dependent variable.
Hope someone can shine light on that.

Kind regards,
Sere
