Does BEAUTI v2.7.7 support discrete phylogeographic analysis?

Hello,

I have done RASP analysis using the output trees from BEAST v2.7.7, and I am now planning to do discrete phylogeographic analysis. I wanted to use BEAUTi  v2.7.7  so that all of my analyses are done in the same software version. However, I noticed that there is no option to add traits in BEAUTi  v2.7.7.

Could you please let me know whether BEAUTi 2 supports discrete phylogeographic analysis, or if it is not available in the version?

Hi monisha, 

Phylogeography is part of the BEAST Classic package in beauti 2. If you haven’t already installed it, you can do so through BEAUti.

To install it, start BEAUti by double-clicking its icon, then go to File → Manage Packages and install the BEAST Classic package.
