Hi everyone,

I installed BEASTv2.6.0 on Windows 10, and worked well through BEAST.exe file.
However, when I try to run BEAST by using java command as "java -jar lib/beast.jar", I get an error as "no main manifest attribute..."
It is incovenience for me, because I want to use BEAST arguments for analyses.
Could anyone help me to solve this problem?

Thank you in advance.

Ryosuke

Hi Ryosuke,

With v2.6.0 it is no longer possible to start BEAST with java -jar lib/beast.jar, but you can do this through java -jar lib/launcher.jar.

Cheers,

Remco
