Well I sure hate doing embarrassing things - I'd not noticed
that I'd reversed the signs on the Expenses and Equity amounts
in transactions that involved Sells with a Fee.
If you've already used bcgt.py to put transactions in your files
that do have fees, then you will need to make corrections.
Sorry! Grr! <- mad at myself...
Please update to at least v2.0.0...

Try it again (bug fix introduced mistakes and a bug). Now looks
better.
Please update to at least v2.0.1...
