Disable "Other" column in reports

Hi,

I am using fava to view the reports and it mandates using "operating_currency" option. However, when I choose one, it shows two columns in all reports (Income, Balance and Trial Balance) -- (1) USD (2) Other. Since I don't track any currency other than "USD", I would like the "Other" column to be hidden. Is there an option available to do this?
