Beangulp support for beancount_reds_importers

beancount_reds_importers has started transitioning to Beangulp. Thanks to @Servinjesus1‘s PR and that of other contributors, an initial version is working, as are the examples. However, unit tests still need to be transitioned, and there are bound to be rough edges and breakage. Please do file bug reports if you try it out.
