fava: missing config options?

So I downloaded fava from top of the tree. Wow, it's gotten even better! Snappier and nicer display, faster query rendering, nicer font, etc.

I was however surprised by some options which I use which don't seem to be available any more:

collapse-accounts (I use this quite heavily as I have close to a thousand accounts scripted and managed nicely).

journal-show-type-pad

journal-show-transaction-padding

Do these have alternatives that I'm not seeing?

Ah, please ignore the first one: it's getting it from the account metadata. Even better than before (seems to be a theme here :)).

Quick question: were there any options that are no longer available in any form? I'm a bit overwhelmed catching up with the git log.

More questions:

How do I specify 'fava-collapse-account' for accounts that are not declared? I use only leaf accounts, so I don't declare parent accounts. Eg: Expenses:Car:Insurance and Expenses:Car:Fuel are declared, but I want Expenses:Car collapsed. Another example: I want 'Equity' collapsed.
