Price converter

In case it could be useful to someone, I've added a price converter for ledger->beancount price format to PTA-converters (https://gitlab.com/alensiljak/pta-converters).

I'll be using this until I adapt my price-database project to export directly to beancount format.

Since Beancount supports only one daily price, some tools to help clean-up duplicates would be useful, perhaps.
