New documentation format

FYI I've updated the markdown documentation format to use Zensical, so it looks a bit more modern:

But the google docs are still the master source for the docs. Correct?

I'm contemplating setting agents to work on the docs because with the amount that's there that's the only way I'd be able to update things, realistically. I'm experimenting wih gws cli to have them use google docs directly, but honestly I think it would be much easier to move to markdown and let agents go wild on that. I haven't decided yet, first I have to try to address or resolve most of the comments on the docs (and there's a lot), but my sense is agents change the calculus and there would be greater benefit from leveraging agents on md files than what we get from the user community doing manual contributions.
