Version 2.1.3 was released in commit fd27856ff2de97c7ae94a4cbc0bbac4174c70f3e

Earlier versions from [2.0.0](https://bitbucket.org/blais/beancount/commits/tag/2.0.0) to [2.1.2](https://bitbucket.org/blais/beancount/commits/tag/2.1.2) were tagged which made them very easy to identify and download

At the moment the [downloads](https://bitbucket.org/blais/beancount/downloads/?tab=tags) page doesn't allow downloading a `.tar.gz` of 2.1.3

Add a tag to the commit would allow downloading a `.tar.gz`

I'm sorry if I have misunderstood the process with `hg`, I am much more familiar with `git`
