BeagleBone Black NOT connecting to PC

Hi so I was using my beaglebone yesterday and it was working perfectly fine. I was able to code in cloud9 and had no issues. But today when I tried to connect it to my laptop again, it would not show up at all. The board it self it getting power and turning on but it is not being read by my laptop. I tried to use my desktop and encounter the same issue. I am confused as to why it stopped working out of nowhere. Please help me with this issue.
