Beagle Board communication with PC

Hi There

I need some help with the communication between a Beagle Board and a PC ,

- I am using a Acer SP513-52N with Windows 10. 

- I have installed the Bone_D64.ex

I have not been able to connect to the BB as the Linux USB Ethernet /RNDIS Gadget does not appear in the Ports (COM & LPT) in Manage Devices

192.168.7.2 does not respond! 

Can some one help
