Lowest possible power consumption

Hi guys

I want to achieve the promised 7mW for the BBB.
Just putting the device in suspend with echo mem >/sys/power/state/ doesn't do the whole job.
Does anyone know how i can disable the HDMI/LAN Interface and all the rest by sofware to achieve this power consumption?

Or does this needs to be done by hardware ?
