putty black screen

hi guys i have a issue when i connect my beaglebone blue to my computer, when i try to use putty the putty screen's stays black and i can't do anyhing.

This means you're unable to connect via puTTY to the Beaglebone. Now, there are several reasons why this can be, and you're going to have to figure that out on your own. Google should be a good source of information for this.
