Beagle bone Black

I am trying to sense current using Beagle bone Black, 

not getting consistent values, can any one help please?

I think you need to tell us a little more! How are you trying to
'sense current', do you have a current measuring cape, or are you using a
current sensor with an output voltage you're measuring via the BBB's
ADC, or something else?
