Creating an image of the debian OS with all the data that is stored in it.

Hello Everyone,

I have Debian OS running on my beaglebone with lot of scripts in it. 
What I want to do is create an image of this Debian OS  and flash it on other beaglebones so that they will also have same set of files.  Can someone please help me with this?

Yes but if it's on a SDCard? dd is not good because depending of the vendors the size of the SD vary.
