From Micro Center, Micro Connectors CPU Cooling Fan for Raspberry Pi ($7.99). I removed the heat sink and drive it a 5v. The power pin connectors are compatible with the BeagleBone. I will replace the screws with M3.
Thermal zones steady at mid 40's using 5v. I have not tested with 3.3v.
